"Our aim is to provide high quality, personal coaching based on your own goals"
Coaching:
The program will start with an in-depth assessment of your running goals,
history and training wishes. A long term (macro) run plan and detailed weekly
(micro) run plans will be designed to meet your goals. This will include heart
rate (HR) training levels, core, strength, flexibility and mental training, race
preparation, video analysis of running form and technique training for economic
running.
Athlete’s commitment:
Provide your running goals, history and training wishes on the templates
provided. After an initial meeting with you this will provide the coaches with
the information required to set up your personal program. When your program has
commenced we will ask you to submit, by email, a weekly running log (template
provided). Your coaches will then review your progress with you by e-mail and/or
phone. Once a month, a face to face meeting will be held to evaluate your
progress, make any changes required, and work on techniques. Periodically video
shots will be taken of you running for running form analysis.
