Natural Posture Running (NPR) System

The name “Natural Posture Running” tells you much about the NPR system.
Natural - Refers to the concept that “Man is born to run” as has been suggested by Dr. D Lieberman and Dr Bramble in an article in the Journal “Nature”, November 2004.
In a lecture anthropologist Dr Lieberman convinced us - and sparked the initiative - to use the concept that we can use these body elements in a running system. (For all the advantages look at the Homo Erectus picture). The idea that you run with your own body that is “Made to run” is so attractive. All you have to do now is to be aware of these factors and use them.
Posture - The second word in Natural Posture Running is posture. It became apparent that to gain full advantage, from the adaptations that made humans into endurance runners, posture and form were very important. Good posture and running form optimize the effects of the laws of physics and gravity.

Running – in this way is easy to learn and through adaptation brings great results.
